Meet Franceria

Franceria Moore has spent years motivating and encouraging her audiences to passionately chase
their purpose and commit to excellence in all that they do. Her unique brand of H.O.P2.E.
(Helping Others Pursue Purpose and Excel) has been the central theme in her work with
organizations, communities, and families. It is this passion for helping people tap into their
natural born talents, skills and abilities that led Fran to found iHOPE Inc.; a non-profit
organization concentrated on providing high quality educational, leadership and mentorship
programs focused on the inner-city youth of Baton Rouge at the age of twenty-four. Under
Fran’s leadership, iHope has served over four hundred students, been awarded numerous grants,
sponsorships, and partnerships.
As a consultant to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, Fran has designed and
implemented several programs ranging from conference planning and staff development to social
and educational out of school time programs for students. She specializes in team and morale
building, strategic planning, civic engagement, social justice and leadership development.

Franceria delivers high-energy, thought-provoking and engaging workshops, seminars and
motivational speeches that cause participants to grapple with questions about who they are, what
they want and who they need to become to get there. As Fran shares her leadership journey the
audience is inspired to dream, seek and achieve their biggest vision.

Despite taking an untraditional path in her professional and educational careers, Fran holds a
Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Management, a Master’s of Science in Strategic Leadership,
a graduate certificate in Executive Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a Doctorate
in Executive Leadership. She has over ten years of experience as a trainer, speaker, and
consultant. She serves as a mentor to young people who aspire to become servant leaders and
works intensely with them to support them in the process of becoming effective local leaders no
matter their field of interest.
Franceria’s work in her community has been recognized both in local media as well as by
national organizations like the Children’s Defense Fund who named her one of forty
“Champions Making Change for Children.
